Hazael M., a self-employed individual based in Monterrey, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and — for visitors from the European Union/Spain — with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Through the contact form on this site we collect:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address
• The message you write about your project

If you interact with the contact AI agent ("Haza") and voluntarily choose to share your email and/or phone so that Hazael can reach you, that data is collected for the same purpose. The agent will not press you for this data or request it when the conversation does not call for it.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand, in aggregate, how it is used: pages viewed, visit duration, device and browser type, and approximate location by country or city. GA4 sets its own cookies (_ga and _ga_*) in your browser. Google acts as a data processor; this data is not sold or shared for commercial purposes. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser; if you visit from the European Union or Spain and do not want this processing, block analytics cookies before browsing. No advertising pixels or third-party marketing cookies are used.

We use the data you share with us only to:

• Respond to your contact or quote request
• Follow up on a possible collaboration or project
• Get in touch with you by email, phone, or WhatsApp about your inquiry

We do not use your data to send you unsolicited advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

The data you send through the contact form goes straight to the hey@haza.design inbox; it is currently not stored in any separate database or CRM. If a contact-management tool (CRM, email marketing) is added in the future, this notice will be updated to reflect it.

If you chat with the AI agent, your conversation is processed through third-party services that provide technical support for the site (the cloud hosting and infrastructure provider, and the provider of the AI model used). These providers process the information only to make the service work, not for their own commercial purposes.

As the owner of your data, you have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object to (ARCO rights) the processing of your data, as well as to request that we stop using it. If you contacted us from the European Union or Spain, you can also exercise your rights to data portability and restriction of processing under the GDPR.

To exercise any of these rights, write to hey@haza.design stating your request; we will respond within a reasonable time.

We keep your contact data only for as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry or project, or until you ask us to delete it.

This privacy notice may be updated to reflect changes in how we run the site (for example, if analytics tools change or CRM tools are added). The version in force will always be published on this page along with its update date.
